  • Standard Delivery (within India): 5–10 working days.
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 working days (available in select cities only).
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order value.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain threshold as part of promotional offers.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) service may attract additional fees, which will also be disclosed at checkout.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most pin codes in India using reputed courier partners. In case your location is unserviceable, our customer support team will contact you for alternative arrangements.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

7. Undeliverable Orders

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery or the estimated delivery date. We will initiate a resolution as per our return or refund policy.
