2. Payment Gateway Security
All online payments on BuyNutBolts.com are processed through RBI-compliant PCI-DSS secure payment gateways. Your card and banking details are encrypted and processed through SSL-secured channels.
We do not store your card details on our servers.
3. GST Invoicing
All orders are billed with proper GST-compliant tax invoices. If you are a business customer and require a GST invoice with your GSTIN, please provide your GST details during checkout or contact our support team.
4. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with the order details and payment reference. In case of failed or pending transactions, you will be notified accordingly.
5. Failed Transactions & Auto-Refunds
If your payment is deducted but the order is not placed due to a technical error, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank or payment gateway within 5–7 business days. If not, contact us with proof of deduction.
6. Fraudulent Transactions
BuyNutBolts.com reserves the right to cancel or block any transaction deemed suspicious or fraudulent. This includes fake addresses, high-risk IPs, payment mismatch, or excessive COD refusals.
