- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Returns are not accepted for customized or perishable items, unless defective.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
- Hardware-Specific: Items must not have been installed, altered, tampered with, or exposed to environmental elements (e.g., moisture, chemicals) that could affect their integrity. For bulk orders (e.g., quantities over 100 units), returns must be for the entire lot; partial returns are not permitted to maintain product consistency and packaging standards.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items such as opened packaging for hygiene reasons, or products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page. Additionally, hardware items that have been cut, threaded, or modified in any way are non-returnable.

Reasons for Returns and Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. This includes manufacturing defects such as incorrect threading, material flaws, or non-compliance with specified grades (e.g., stainless steel standards).

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–20 business days.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is free for defective items; otherwise, it is borne by the customer unless specified. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
