Where are you based? We operate in India and ship pan-India from partner warehouses and vendors.
Do you sell to both businesses and individuals? Yes. We support corporate procurement as well as retail buyers.
What brands do you carry? A mix of reputed Indian and global brands (e.g., Unbrako) plus quality OEM/IS standard-compliant manufacturers.
What categories do you offer? Socket head screws, hex bolts, nuts, washers, machine screws, anchors, rivets, studs/rods, circlips, spacers/standoffs, self-clinching, and more.
Do you follow international standards? Yes—ISO/DIN/IS standards are mapped on product pages wherever applicable.

What does DIN 912 / ISO 4762 mean? Standard for socket head cap screws; both define dimensional/mechanical requirements.
What grades do you offer (8.8, 10.9, 12.9)? Multiple grades depending on the product. The exact grade appears on the PDP and filters.
What finishes are available? Common finishes: black oxide, zinc plated, hot-dip galvanized, SS passivated, etc.
Do you provide MTC/quality certificates? MTC/COC can be provided where available—request during RFQ or in checkout notes.
Are your stainless steel grades magnetic? Austenitic SS (e.g., 304/316) is generally non-magnetic, but slight magnetism can occur post-forming.
How accurate are the product images? Images are representative; refer to the specification table for exact dimensions/standards.

Do you offer tier pricing? Yes—volume discounts are shown as tier pricing on the PDP.
Can I negotiate pricing for large orders? Yes—send an RFQ with quantities, delivery schedule, and standards.
