- Fees: No cancellation fees unless we incur unilateral costs (e.g., custom orders).
- Hardware-Specific: For custom-sized or specially ordered hardware (e.g., non-standard lengths or materials), cancellations are not permitted after order processing begins to avoid production waste.

- Customer-initiated: Change of mind, incorrect address, or duplicate order.
- Seller-initiated: We may cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
